This policy explains what information Larkway ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers larkwayco.com and the services we provide to our clients.
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It doesn't set cookies or collect personal data. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our services, such as hosting, email and text message delivery providers, and only as needed to provide those services.
When you text us, or text a business we run missed-call text-back for, we collect your phone number and the content of your messages. We use them only to respond to your inquiry.
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
When we run text-back or call answering for a client business, the information callers provide is collected on behalf of that business. We use it only to deliver messages and leads to that business.
We keep information only as long as we need it to provide our services, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. When a client stops using our services, we delete or return their call and text data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
