These terms apply when you use larkwayco.com or work with Larkway ("we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to them.
We build and run websites for trades businesses. Depending on what we agree with you, this can include a website, a quote request form, missed-call text-back, call answering, and hosting and updates. Mockups are free and come with no obligation.
Services are billed as a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly fee, as quoted in writing before work begins. Monthly fees are billed in advance for each month of service.
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@larkwayco.com. Service continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, and no further monthly fees are charged after that.
What we send. Text messages are replies to missed calls and job inquiries. When someone calls a business we work for and the call isn't answered, they get a text asking what they need. If you contact Larkway about our services, we may reply by text.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We work to keep everything running, but we can't promise that the website, text messages or call answering will always be available or error-free. Calls, texts and email depend on networks we don't control.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Larkway is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
